Charlie Nguyen Manh Chi also known as Chi Charlie Nguyen, he immigrated to the US at the age of 15 and has lived in Orange County (Orange County, California) for more than 40 years. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from California State University Fullerton, and went on to receive a Master's Degree from Long Beach University, California State. Speaking of this, Mr. Nguyen Manh Chi confided, when he was only 15 years old, he had to live in a strange environment, full of surprises and he encountered difficulties as well as tripping, but he has overcome every obstacle to achieve the current success. Therefore, he understands the difficulties that each Vietnamese in particular and residents of Westminster in general are facing. Through the work he is doing, he hopes to help, contribute more, at the same time, he believes that his actions will make many people respond and participate in contributing efforts to build and develop a sustainable and strong city of Westminster.
